The Friends of St. Jude March meeting will take place on Thursday, March 4th at 6:30PM.  Please note,  the location for our meetings has changed.  The March 4th meeting will be at McGee’s Tavern and Grille located at 950 W. Webster here in Chicago.  Hope to see you there!

Our first Friends of St. Jude meeting of 2009 will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 6pm at Mystic Celt (3443 N. Southport Ave near the Southport Brown Line stop).

At the meeting we will:
**Introduce committee chairs
**Discuss preliminary calendar of events for 2009
**Identify opportunities and committees for Board members
**Plan our Memphis trip scheduled for April 24th

We will “meet and greet” around 6 and get down to business at 6:30. We will plan on having about a 30 - 45 minute meeting followed by the opportunity to mingle with the group and watch some of the NCAA tournament games.

Please bring your $25 membership dues (checks made out to St. Jude Children’s Hospital) and we’ll get you all signed up as an official Friends of St. Jude member.

Webster’s Wine Bar, 1480  W Webster Ave.

$40 per person (includes six individual wine tastings, plus light appetizers donated by Webster’s). Additional tastings are available for $5 each.

Advance purchase of tickets is currently closed, but a limited number of tickets will be sold at the door.
