The Friends of St. Jude May meeting will take place at the Mystic Celt (Southport and Newport) on Wednesday, May 6th at 6:00 PM.  Please be sure to attend.  There will be important updates concerning all of this year’s Friends of St. Jude events and committees.

Summer is just around the corner which means that the Friends of St. Jude Bump, Set, Spike 4-on-4 beach volleyball tournament is almost upon us.  Please be sure to mark your calendar with the information below:

• Date and Time: Sunday, June 7th at 9AM
• Location: North Avenue Beach
• Price: $100 for each team of four players

This year, teams will be able to register on-line through the Chicago Friends of St. Jude website.  On-line registration will open next week (5/3).

ARE YOU A CURRENT FRIENDS OF ST. JUDE BOARD MEMBER?  WOULD YOU LIKE TO BECOME MORE INVOLVED WITH THE CHICAGO FRIENDS OF ST. JUDE?

The next Friends of St. Jude board meeting is Wednesday, May 6th at the Mystic Celt on Southport and Newport (just north of the Southport Brown Line stop).  Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict with the Mystic Celt, this month’s meeting with take place on Wednesday instead of Thursday.  Next month we will resume our regular schedule of meeting on the first Thursday of the month.

Please be sure to attend.  There will be committee updates, important upcoming dates, and information about all of this year’s events.
